LOS ANGELES -- The TV tour is off and running, but it seems a bit squirrelly this time.It may have been the heightened terror alert released across America the morning the tour began, or perhaps it was that the annual television-critics tour has been relocated yet again, this time to the swanky Century Plaza Hotel, where it all began two decades ago. All the critics look lost.
