His visage or a mirage? Separating the dictator from the duds

TEHRAN -- To the untrained eye, there seems little doubt that the man in the picture is Saddam Hussein: the small dark eyes, bushy eyebrows and plump jowls are all clearly characteristic of the 66-year-old Iraqi President.
