Liberal president says PM is staying too long

OTTAWA -- Prime Minister Jean Chrétien was attacked from within his own ranks yesterday when Liberal Party president Stephen LeDrew said he is taking too long to retire and suggested he may have to leave soon after his successor is chosen in November.
