Kabul blast shows al-Qaeda still in business

Three of its top military planners are dead or behind bars, hundreds of followers have been rounded up and it has lost its main training and operational centres.But the weekend's suicide bombing that killed four German peacekeepers and wounded 31 in Kabul is merely the latest evidence of the lasting reach and influence of Osama bin Laden's al-Qaeda network.
