Militia leader key to possible ceasefire deal

TEL AVIV -- One of the key figures keeping Palestinian militant groups talking about a ceasefire is a man Israel considers one of its greatest enemies.He wasn't able to attend recent negotiations in Damascus because he is in a jail cell in the heart of Israel, where he is being held on multiple charges of murder.
