Bush seeks UN help in Iraq
WASHINGTON -- Seeking international legitimacy, more troops, and help in avoiding being sucked into a quagmire in Iraq, Washington will go back to the United Nations Security Council, U.S. Secretary of State Colin Powell said yesterday.
