How not to provide security for Canada
Bombs kill nearly 200 people on commuter trains in Spain. Police in London seize large quantities of bomb-making materials that appear designed for a major attack. Suicide bombers attack targets in Uzbekistan. Could it happen here? Of course it could. Canada may not be at the top of the terrorist hit list, but in days like these no country is immune.
