Rovinescu should hold the door for Milton

Air Canada's financial crisis has turned into a management crisis. Good. The top two airline executives, chief executive officer Robert Milton and restructuring sidekick Calin Rovinescu, went from the men who would reinvent Air Canada to the men who would preside over its demise. Yesterday, Mr. Rovinescu resigned. The question is whether Mr. Milton should follow him out the door.
