Green Party pins growth on 'living platform,' but will it bear fruit?
'We're not sure we want to be all things to all people." Such a strange thing for a political party to believe in this country, where the centre is presumed to begin at Cape Spear, Nfld., and run all the way to the western edge of Vancouver Island. But then, the Green Party is like no other party ever seen in Canada.
