Tech sector seen adjusting to new options rules
For all the fuss kicked up by technology company executives about expensing stock options, there will likely be little stock market impact when new rules come into force later this year that will force all companies that trade on U.S. markets to do just that, concludes a new study by Citigroup Global Markets Inc.
