Dog-walking laws unleash court battle in Ottawa
OTTAWA -- Ottawa's dog lovers are banding together for their four-legged friends in a legal fight challenging rules about where their animals can roam in Canada's capital.More than 300 dog owners are supporting a court battle against the National Capital Commission over its canine-walking regulations, on the grounds they are unconstitutional.
