Strategic airfields seized, positions secured
IRAQ-JORDAN BORDER -- British and U.S. soldiers seized two critical airfields in western Iraq yesterday, setting up an expected second front for the march on Baghdad.Special forces troops that had been stationed at secret bases inside Jordan catapulted across the border in the early hours of the conflict, and have secured the two desert airfields known as H-2 and H-3.
