Bloody images of destruction, death foment anti-American sentiments

RUWEISHED, JORDAN -- The two-year-old is lying in a Basra hospital bed, his eyes closed, obviously dead. As the camera gets closer, the doctor pulls back the blanket around the unknown Iraqi child's head, revealing that the top of his head had been cut off, apparently by shrapnel from an U.S. bomb. A woman kneeling beside the bed screams her sorrow.
