Iraqi Kurds delighted to see Ansar defeated

BIYARA, IRAQ -- While Khoraman Abdul Qader was moving smashed concrete and crumpled metal from the remains of her grocery store, a few black curls slipped loose from her deep blue head scarf. A week ago, that would have been enough to have her fined two week's earnings', or perhaps land her husband in jail. Yesterday she let the curls out.
