CALGARY -- The clues are troubling.An Alberta alderman's rented Ford Focus was found at lunchtime on Sunday parked at city hall in Great Falls, Mont. The keys were spotted on the ground outside the car. Her purse and her luggage were in the car. Shopping bags with some items bought at the end of a two-day business trip were stowed in the trunk.
