GECAS cash dependent on Deutsche deadline

TORONTO -- GE Capital Aviation Services warned yesterday that it may drop plans to lend Air Canada $1.8-billion if key conditions of another financing led by Deutsche Bank cannot be met by May 15, even as the insolvent airline won court approval to start looking for $250-million in new equity.
