Nova Scotia fishermen block New Brunswick boats

INVERNESS, N.S. -- More than a dozen fishing boats blocked the mouth of this small Cape Breton harbour yesterday in a move designed to pressure Ottawa into giving local fishermen a piece of the lucrative crab quota.
