Russia earns distrust
It's the withdrawal that isn't. Despite an internationally brokered ceasefire and withdrawal agreement between Russia and Georgia, and promises from the Kremlin that Russian forces would begin by Monday to leave the country they had invaded, they remain, and they are busy.
