Charest takes the reins
Quebec — Quebec Liberal Leader Jean Charest was sworn in as the province’s new Premier on Tuesday, unveiling a 25-member cabinet with some new faces in key roles.
One surprise was the absence of long-standing Liberal MNA and former minister in the government of Robert Bourassa, Pierre Paradis.
