Injury forces Johnson to call off bout with Lewis

Halifax Kirk Johnson's dream to fight Lennox Lewis for his world heavyweight boxing title June 21 is off.
Johnson's camp notified U.S. cable provider HBO on Friday that the North Preston, N.S., heavyweight is out of action for up to six weeks after suffering a partial tear to his left pectoral muscle.
There was no word from the promoters on Friday whether the fight card, set for the Staples Center in Los Angeles, would go on.
