New Expos suitor rises to top of order
Toronto — Major League Baseball thinks enough of Mark Broxmeyer's interest in purchasing the Montreal Expos that he has been invited to attend the All-Star Game, at the suggestion of Jerry Reinsdorf, the owner of the host Chicago White Sox and the chairman of baseball's relocation committee. Broxmeyer, a commercial and residential real estate developer based in Long Island, N.Y.
