Auction house identified Robinson before he fessed up
VANCOUVER — Svend Robinson was identified as a suspect in the theft of a piece of expensive jewellery several days before he turned himself and the valuable in to police.
The revelation was part of a detailed statement from the auction house handling the jewellery, which the outspoken Burnaby MP admitted this week he had taken, stunning the country.
